I believe every individual is unique and no one shoe fits all. Therefore, I start with comprehensive psychiatric assessment and then treatment planning to see what kind of therapy, life style changes, supports, environmental interventions and or medication may help you based on your needs and specific situation. You are an integral part of your treatment and it is crucial that I start with listening, assessing and then collaborating with you to come up with individualized plan. I have worked in wide array of settings including inpatient, outpatient, residential treatment centers and provided treatment to those with diagnosis of Depression, Anxiety, Bipolar, PTSD, ADHD, OCD, Psychotic Disorders, Autism Spectrum Disorder, etc. Due to limitations of my practice setting including limited hours available, I would primarily focus on treating Depression, Anxiety and ADHD. I am not contracted with insurance companies to file insurance which in turn helps provide highly personalized, confidential, meaningful therapeutic experience outside of confines of system and insurance companies.
